Muhammad Ramadhan

Public Policy Researcher and Public Data Surveyor
Ramadhan is a Political Science graduate from the University of Indonesia who is currently involved as a political analyst at an information technology company, MediaWave Interactive, focusing on political analysis and data-driven public opinion monitoring. In his work, Ramadhan has experience in creating and utilizing AI technology to read political trends, media monitoring, and voter behavior. Previously, he was a political consultant during the 2024 regional elections and also handled clients in Malaysia. Earlier, he participated in an AFS student exchange program to India for one year at Anand Niketan Satellite, Ahmedabad. During his studies, he was active in BEM FISIP UI as Staff and later Deputy Head of Research and Strategic Action, which honed his research, policy analysis, and political communication skills. His academic, organizational, and professional work experience have made Ramadhan skilled in electoral politics, media monitoring, and the use of digital technology, including AI, for more precise political analysis. As a public policy researcher and public data surveyor, Ramadhan combines quantitative research methodology and social media analytics to map opinion, test the effectiveness of political messages, and formulate evidence-based strategy recommendations.

Fathan Putra Mardela

Regional Government Researcher and Certification Training
Fathan Putra Mardela is the General Chairman of HMI Bogor Branch for 2024–2025. He is a graduate of the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at IPB University and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Regional Development Management at IPB University. This academic background strengthens his interest and expertise in food security, natural resource and environmental management, regional spatial planning, and sustainable regional development. In his daily work, Fathan focuses on improving the quality of strategic studies and data-driven advocacy on public issues, particularly those related to regional development and government service quality. He is also actively a resource person in various activities at Bappedalitbang Kabupaten Bogor, especially regarding regional development studies, socio-economic dynamics, and public policy evaluation. As a regional government researcher, Fathan integrates technical engineering, spatial planning, and development management perspectives to develop policy analyses that are sensitive to local contexts and encourage improved public service quality at the regional level. With a combination of organizational experience, involvement in regional policy forums, and strong academic understanding, Fathan is committed to promoting the role of youth in realizing inclusive, sustainable development oriented toward the broader public interest.

Muhammad Rihandi

Public Policy Researcher, Public Data Surveyor, and Social Program
Muhammad Rihandi is a graduate of Political Science from the University of Indonesia with specialization in domestic politics and comparative politics. Rihandi has experience in research and policy recommendation development, managing organizations within student, youth, and community scopes, and possesses strategic communication management, diplomacy, secretarial, and administrative skills. His experience as a student and youth activist, as well as his involvement in policy formulation teams and youth empowerment programs at the Purwakarta Regency Regional Government, has enriched his understanding of society, social, economic, and political problems, and the role of regional government. Professionally, Rihandi served as a teaching assistant at the University of Indonesia focusing on policy analysis, strategic communication, and public administration. In the organizational field, he served as Chairman of the Political Science Student Association at the University of Indonesia (HMIP FISIP UI) for 2024 and Chairman of IKB FOMPA Foundation, and is currently active as General Chairman of HMI Depok Branch. These roles affirm his capacity in leadership, government relations, and institutional interest management. As a researcher, Rihandi develops public policy studies, perception surveys, and social program designs that emphasize youth participation and strengthen the bridge between research findings and policy advocacy agendas at local and national levels.

CSR Impact Researcher and Social Program
Fitrah is an education graduate and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Education at Jakarta State University. He has research experience in the fields of education policy, education financing, learning media, and student pedagogy. Since his undergraduate years, he has been active in campus organizations through HMPS Mathematics Education and BEM STKIP Bima, as well as in external organizations as Chairman of the Islamic Student Association (HMI) Bima Branch, which enriched his social insight and leadership skills. Fitrah also founded the Islamic Student Study Institute and Coastal Children's Reading House, communities focused on literacy and academic discussion through book review agendas and academic forums. In the academic field, he achieved recognition through various inter-campus and national scientific writing competitions, reflecting his commitment to research and knowledge development. As a CSR impact researcher and social program specialist, Fitrah applies pedagogical approaches and education policy studies to design and evaluate community-based empowerment programs, with special attention to educational access, literacy, and inclusivity for marginalized groups. With organizational, academic, and leadership experience, Fitrah continues to contribute to the fields of education and society.

Public Policy Researcher and Social Program
Pras is a Geography graduate from FMIPA UI. During his studies, Pras was active in various organizations focusing on leadership and social activities, including as General Chairman of Geographical Mountaineering Club (GMC UI), Deputy of Law and Aspirations BPM FMIPA UI, Vice General Chairman of SASAMBO NTB UI Fellowship, and administrator of the Islamic Student Association at the University of Indonesia. Outside campus, Pras has been involved in various social and environmental activities, particularly community service and volunteer work. He served as coordinator for post surveys and needs assessment of communities affected by the Cianjur earthquake in 2022 and as coordinator for plant inventory surveys in UI City Forest. In research, Pras served as head of a Student Creativity Program (PKM) Exact Research team that successfully secured national-level funding in 2023 on geothermal potential in Sukabumi, West Java. Currently, Pras is active as part of the Transmigration Minister's team, contributing to spatial analysis and regional development studies to support sustainable transmigration policy planning. He has core competencies in political geography, spatial analysis, and regional development, and is committed to integrating spatial analysis with environmental sustainability and community-based development agendas. As a public policy researcher and social program specialist, Pras combines spatial data, regional analysis, and socio-economic studies to design policy interventions and empowerment programs adaptive to geographic characteristics and community needs at the local level.

Guruh Burhanto

MSME, Investment, and CSR Impact Researcher
Graduate of Social Anthropology from the University of Indonesia with specialization in anthropology, history, socio-economic, socio-political, and civilization studies. Interested and open to studying, examining, analyzing, and writing about many things from an anthropology, history, and socio-economic perspective. Since his undergraduate years, known as an active figure in various organizations both internal and external to campus. Burhan has experience in conducting field research, processing and interpreting data, and developing evidence-based recommendations to support the sustainability and relevance of social programs. Burhan previously created a social program to assist communities in the form of CSR programs for the Bogor city community in West Bogor. As an MSME, investment, and CSR impact researcher, Guruh utilizes anthropological approaches to understand local economic culture, small business practices, and power relations at the community level, so that CSR intervention and MSME financing designs can be more relevant and sustainable.

Hanif is a law and public policy analyst based in Jakarta, with cross-sector experience in research institutions, law firms, ministries, and civil society organizations. He currently works as a Project Analyst at Katadata Insight Center, working on legal analysis and strategy for BUMN projects while facilitating cross-stakeholder research collaboration. Previously, Hanif had experience as a legal intern at the Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Legislative Drafting Clinic FH UI, and GHP Law Firm. This Law graduate from the University of Indonesia with specialization in Legislative Drafting focuses on regulatory design, public policy, and international law issues. In the UI alumni environment, Hanif is trusted as Head of the Leverage Impact Office ILUNI UI and Deputy Head of Alumni Data Systems Division FH UI, which strengthened networks, databases, and cross-sector collaborative programs. Other organizational experiences include defense-security advocacy communities and student organizations, which sharpened his capacity in strategic research, project management, and cross-disciplinary communication. Hanif masters legal and non-legal research and policy writing. As a public policy researcher and public data surveyor, Hanif is accustomed to processing quantitative and qualitative data to assess the impact of regulations, compile policy briefs, and map stakeholder interests in a measurable way to support evidence-based decision-making.

Ali is a graduate of Electrical Engineering from Jakarta State Polytechnic. Currently, Ali is active as a Fundraising Staff at Timur Network Foundation, a nonprofit initiative focused on human resource development in Eastern Indonesia. Additionally, Ali builds and leads a startup company in the technology field, koderasi.com, as CEO. In the organizational field, Ali is involved as an administrator of the Central Coordinating Body of Young Entrepreneurs from Higher Education (BAKORPUS HIPMI PT) for 2025–2026, serving as staff in the fields of economics, MSMEs, startup development, and creative economy. As a social program and media researcher, Ali combines understanding of technology, fundraising, and digital communication to design, monitor, and evaluate empowerment programs based on the use of media platforms and young entrepreneurial networks.

Abdul Halim Wijaya Siregar

Social Program and Media Researcher
Halim is a graduate of Sociology from the University of North Sumatra. Since his student days, he has been active in organizational leadership and campus policy advocacy. He is the Founder of the literacy community "Indonesia Membaca" (Indonesia Reads) which operates in the field of literacy and social activities, and often designs and implements social media campaigns to increase public awareness. His organizational experience is very broad, including as administrator of HMI at the commissariat, branch, and central administrator levels, as well as leader at BEM/PEMA USU with focus on scholarship programs, student empowerment, and social advocacy activities. Halim has expertise in communication, writing, public speaking, project management, and basic graphic design, supported by proficiency in Microsoft Office. The combination of his academic background, managerial experience, and concern for social issues makes him an adaptable, innovative person oriented toward community empowerment. As a social program and media researcher, Halim utilizes sociological approaches and media literacy to examine the effectiveness of social campaigns, community engagement, and program design aimed at expanding social impact through creative and inclusive communication channels.

Afi is a dedicated and enthusiastic International Relations student at the University of Indonesia committed to voicing opinions on political, educational, and public policy issues. Afi has demonstrated a strong leadership track record through various roles, including as Head of the Department of Study and Strategic Action (Kastrat) BEM FISIP UI, Member of PMII Depok Branch, Manager at Leads Indonesia coordinating programs in three countries, and Initiator and Project Leader of the Santri Berprestasi School leading a team of 35 students. Beyond his leadership, Afi is a productive writer and researcher, serving as Research and Content Manager at The Strategist UI and has been recognized as a winner of various national competitions, including First Place in "Call for Papers" by the IKN Study Center whose work was presented to President Joko Widodo. The combination of his activism, leadership, and academic achievement earned him recognition as the Most Active Undergraduate Student in International Relations at UI in 2023. As a public policy researcher and social program specialist, Afi combines international relations studies, policy analysis, and advocacy work to formulate relevant program ideas for youth needs and aligned with national development agendas.

Birrul has competence in social analysis, policy evaluation, and strategic communication relevant to the development and implementation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs. Academic background in Sociology from the University of Indonesia strengthens his ability to understand social dynamics and measure program effectiveness through various analytical approaches, including Social Return on Investment (SROI), GAP Analysis, Social Impact Assessment (SIA), Theory of Change (ToC), and Most Significant Change (MSC). Birrul has experience conducting field research, processing and interpreting data, and developing evidence-based recommendations to support the sustainability and relevance of social programs. Additionally, he has expertise in writing and managing creative content that enables the delivery of research results professionally, informatively, and comprehensibly to various stakeholders. With strategic thinking ability, work discipline, and high adaptability, Birrul is ready to contribute to the planning, implementation, and evaluation of research-based programs oriented toward sustainable social impact and value creation. Opay is a final semester student of the State Administration Study Program who has a strong interest in public policy analysis and government politics. Armed with knowledge focusing on policy analysis and government governance, Opay realizes it through various organizational experiences, including as Head of the Strategic Studies Department BEM UI 2024 and Staff of Strategic Studies and Action BEM FIA UI 2023. Throughout his involvement, he has written extensively on national socio-political dynamics and critically reviewed various public policies. As a regional government researcher, Opay develops analysis of governance, public services, and decision-making processes at the local level, emphasizing the importance of citizen participation and transparency in the policy cycle.

Nabih Rijal Makarim

Public Data Surveyor Researcher and Actor Mapping
Nabih is a researcher, editor, and student activist with an educational background in Political Science from the University of Indonesia. Currently, he is part of the Actor Mapping Team at Anagata Institute. He has a focus on research and publications in socio-political, feminism, hilirization policy, and environmental sovereignty fields. His work has been published in international journals, and he actively serves as editor and proofreader for various national publishers. Organizationally, Nabih is one of the founders of Indonesia Carbon Trade Review (ICTR) which focuses on carbon sovereignty legal advocacy, and has a track record of strategic committee roles on campus. Through a combination of academic and activist roles, Nabih focuses on developing critical research and advocacy to ensure the implementation of public policies in Indonesia aligns with principles of justice, gender equality, and effective resource management. As a public data surveyor researcher and actor mapping specialist, Nabih utilizes surveys, stakeholder mapping, and power network analysis to understand interest distribution, identify vulnerable groups, and formulate more targeted advocacy strategies.

Regional Government Researcher and Media
Wisam is an undergraduate Political Science student at the University of Indonesia who has a deep interest in political dynamics and geopolitics. He has sharpened his critical analysis skills and understanding of political theory through coursework. His practical experience includes internships at the House of Representatives (Commission II & Legislative Body), which gave him deep understanding of the legislative process and public policy oversight. Organizationally, he is the Coordinator of Interests and Talents HMIP FISIP UI and has extensive committee experience. His key skills include Strategic Planning, Human Resources, and Project Management. As a regional government and media researcher, Wisam is interested in examining how local-level policies are formulated, communicated, and perceived by the public through media, as well as how political communication strategies can improve the quality of relationships between regional governments and citizens.
