Imaduddin Hamid

Anagata Institute & Policy Research Coordinator
Imad is a Senior Researcher and Team Coordinator at Anagata Institute with an academic background in Bachelor of Public Administration and Master of Public Policy Analysis from Universitas Indonesia. To strengthen his research and policy analysis capacity, he has received a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) to pursue doctoral studies in 2026. Imad has extensive experience in research and publications in the field of public policy, regional governance, and CSR program evaluation oriented towards sustainable development. Currently, Imad is also active as a government consultant for one of the research institutions. As an observer of public policy issues, Imad is accustomed to conducting systematic and objective analysis to predict socio-economic impacts of various policy choices. Since his studies, Imad has been active in organizations and served as General Chairman of HMI Universitas Indonesia, Vice Head of Literacy Study Department of Student Study Groups (KSM) UI, and Head of Scientific Discussion and Strategic Issues Division of Postgraduate Student Association (HMP) FIA UI. Currently, he is also active in the Alumni Association of Universitas Indonesia (ILUNI UI) as Vice Chairman of Alumni Affairs and Partnership for 2025-2028 and in the HMI Central Board for 2024-2026. Imad is responsible for research planning, strategic communication, and facilitating collaboration across stakeholders. Anagata Institutes efforts ensure that government program implementation, whether international, national, or regional, aligns with Indonesia's Asta Cita development, emphasizing economic independence, welfare distribution, and policy innovation. Through evidence-based policy research and theoretical approaches, Anagata Institute helps ensure investment diplomacy, Indonesia's development, and public policy in general are based on regional aspirations and octahelix involvement to create an inclusive and sustainable investment climate. This aims to ensure that public policy not only supports economic growth but also achieves social justice and sustainable development for national progress.

Muhammad Rifadli

Researcher of Social Programs and Certification Training
Fadli is a banker with experience in retail banking at a state-owned enterprise. He was involved in the special staff team of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises focused on public policy and served as part of the expert team of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises for industry and digital transformation. Currently, Fadli is trusted as Secretary General of Green BUMN, an organization within Danantara focused on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) issues. In his capacity as a researcher, Fadli integrates perspectives of public policy, state-owned enterprise governance, and sustainability practices to design certification training and social programs responsive to the needs of business actors and beneficiary communities. During his studies, Fadli was active in student organizations. He served as Vice Chairman of the Student Executive Board (BEM) of Universitas Indonesia in 2019 and Chairman of the Minang Student Association UI in 2016. He also has experience participating in a summer school program in Japan on business management. Currently, Fadli serves as Chairman of Gebu Minang Muda, Indonesia's oldest Minang organization.

Musfi Romdani

Researcher of Public Surveys, Actor Mapping, and Media
Musfi is a socio-political analyst, strategic communication practitioner, and critical thinker with cross-sector experience in think tanks, mass media, and civil society organizations. His academic education began at Universitas Indonesia, where he completed a bachelor's degree in Philosophy with a GPA of 3.79 and was selected as a high-achieving student participant from the Faculty of Cultural Sciences UI in 2018. Since his studies, he has been active in various organizations, including the Student Executive Board of FIB UI, the National Deliberation Forum, GMNI Depok Branch, and various academic study groups, enriching his intellectual and socio-political perspective. His professional experience includes positions as a Socio-Political Analyst at the Institute for Security and Strategic Studies (ISESS) and Editor at Pinter Politik. Through these roles, Musfi has produced in-depth analysis of national socio-political dynamics, government communication strategies, and public policy trends. Since 2019, Musfi has also been the Founder and Director of Sekolah Logika, Indonesia's first educational institution specializing in teaching critical thinking through formal logic. This initiative has received national media coverage (Indopos, 2019) and has evolved into a movement to enhance analytical reasoning capabilities of the broader public. As a Philosophy UI alumnus, Musfi applies a multidisciplinary approach combining philosophical theory with empirical analysis to interpret contemporary socio-political phenomena. His expertise includes analytical thinking, news writing, qualitative research, and strategic communication. Through contributions to mass media, think tanks, and public forums, Musfi is known as a provider of critical, evidence-based perspectives oriented towards a deep understanding of power mechanisms, policy, and public mobilization in Indonesia. As a researcher, Musfi is accustomed to designing public surveys, compiling actor mapping, and systematically analyzing media landscapes to produce data-driven policy recommendations and strategies based on rigorous logical argument.

Firman Anggara

Researcher of SME Investment, Certification Training and Media
Anggara is a Human Resources professional with specialized expertise in Talent Acquisition & Recruitment, leadership training, basic hospitality, talent management, learning & development, performance management, corporate social responsibility (CSR), employee key performance indicators (KPI), industrial relations, remuneration, and health, safety, and environment (HSE). He holds a bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Australia and a master's degree in Human Resources Development in the Public Sector from Universitas Indonesia. His professional career began as a talent acquisition specialist at Australia's largest retail company and earned the distinction of best employee in 2018 and 2019. While in Australia, he was also active as a member of Sydney Idea, a community under the University of Sydney promoting political, social, economic, and scientific issues. In early 2022, Anggara returned to Indonesia, obtained the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) certification, and was trusted to lead the generation of HR professionals in Indonesia that same year. After completing his master's degree at Universitas Indonesia, in early 2024 Anggara moved to the Netherlands to work at a Human Resources consulting firm. Since June 2025 to the present, he has returned to pursue a career in Indonesia for a Singapore-based company as Deputy General Manager and is active as a speaker at various institutions. In his role as a researcher, Anggara leverages cross-country HR experience to examine the effectiveness of certification training, the need to enhance SME human resource capacity, and the role of investment programs and media in strengthening an inclusive and productive employment ecosystem.

Artinus Hulu

Researcher of Public Surveys and CSR Impact
Hulu is an activist and public policy researcher with a background in economics and management. He completed his B.S. in Management at FEB Universitas Sumatera Utara and M.S. in Public Policy Analysis at FIA Universitas Indonesia. In the student movement world, Artinus served as Secretary General of the Central Board of the Indonesian Christian Student Movement (PP GMKI) for 2022-2024, playing a role in advocacy on social, political, and ecclesiastical issues at the national level. Outside of organizational activities, he is active as a surveyor and researcher, involved in various field research activities, opinion surveys, and policy studies related to development, governance, and community dynamics. The combination of academic experience, organizational leadership, and fieldwork makes him a strong figure in connecting data analysis with a constructive social change agenda. As a researcher, Hulu develops public survey designs and CSR impact studies that emphasize community engagement, so research findings can be translated into policy recommendations sensitive to local context and oriented toward social justice. Currently, Hulu serves as an Expert Staff at the Presidential Staff Office (KSP), contributing to the development of analysis and strategic policy recommendations for the Prabowo-Gibran government.

M. Zeinny H. Sasmita

Researcher of Public Policy and Regional Government
Zeinny is an economics and education professional with a strong focus on developing Islamic economic strategies and high-impact public policy. With academic credentials including a Bachelor's degree in Islamic Economics and Finance from UPI, an MBA from ITB, and pursuing a doctoral degree in Economics at Universitas Padjadjaran, Zeinny comprehensively combines theoretical studies with field practice. In academia, Zeinny serves as Dean of the Faculty of Social and Economics at Universitas Teknologi Nusantara while teaching economics, finance, and business, with significant contributions to education quality through accreditation teams and integrated research at prestigious institutions. As a researcher, Zeinny focuses on research exploring crucial issues in economics and strategic public policy, publishing scholarly works in reputable international and national journals and actively serving as a policy consultant to regional governments to strengthen the synergy between theory and development practice. In organizations, Zeinny is active in HIPMI Jabar, IKA UPI, AR IA SBM ITB, and PB HMI with extensive leadership experience at various levels. Zeinny frequently serves as a speaker at national forums on Islamic economics, entrepreneurship, and digital leadership. In his capacity as a public policy and regional government researcher, Zeinny develops data-driven studies on regional economic governance, strengthening the Islamic SME ecosystem, and designing fiscal and institutional policies that promote inclusive and sustainable growth. Satria Adhitama Sukma

Researcher of Public Policy and SME Investment
A graduate of Bachelor of Law and Master of Law from Universitas Indonesia, Satria is an experienced lawyer in various fields, including business law and administrative law. Satria has been involved in criminal, civil, and administrative court cases, handling both state-owned enterprises and private companies in the mining, plantation, trade, and property sectors. Currently, Satria serves as Legal Supervisor at a gold mining company. Outside of litigation practice, Satria actively conducts legal education for business actors, particularly SMEs. He regularly initiates surveys on legal information needs, provides free legal consultation, and develops educational content through social media to make business law issues more accessible. As a public policy and SME investment researcher, Satria leverages his experience in handling corporate cases to examine regulatory barriers, legal protection needs, and investment scheme designs that are fairer and safer for SME actors. This approach complements his role as an advocate by promoting early dispute prevention and improving legal literacy among business actors.

Putri Haryani

Researcher of Public Policy, Regional Government and Certification Training
Putri is a Public Sector Accounting lecturer at Universitas Negeri Jakarta with teaching experience in public sector accounting, auditing, and accounting information systems. She holds a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from Management and Science University (MSU) Malaysia, after previously graduating cum laude from the Public Sector Accounting Program, Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya. Besides teaching, Putri is active as Head of the Internationalization Laboratory at FEB UNJ and management risk consultant at PT Integrifice Digital Nusantara Consultancy. She previously served as staff of the Behavioral Change Division of the National COVID-19 Task Force, contributing to the development of behavioral change guidelines, economic recovery policy, and various public education activities. Her professional track record is strengthened by several scientific publications, involvement in national organizations such as PB HMI and the Indonesian Population Coalition, and experience as a speaker on financial literacy, digital footprint, and Pancasila values for youth.

Chessa Ario Jani Purnomo

Researcher on the Impact of CSR and MSME Investment
Chessa is a lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Pamulang University (FH UNPAM) and a researcher on the impact of CSR and MSME investment, with a current focus on corporate social responsibility policies and laws, as well as investment laws and policies related to MSME sustainability. She completed her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Law at Pamulang University and her Master's degree in Tax Policy at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Indonesia, which strengthened her theoretical and methodological foundation in analyzing economic law and legal instruments governing CSR programs and investment schemes for SMEs. Since the beginning of her career, Chessa has actively participated in various legal education and training programs, including Kalabahu LBH Jakarta (2017) and anti-corruption education under the auspices of Truth and ICW. During her career at LBH Jakarta-YLBHI (2017/2018), she was assigned to a research program to support strategic advocacy and policy change through Public Hearings and Judicial Review forums at the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Indonesia. She is also affiliated with, among others, the Faculty of Law at Pamulang University, ASPERHUPIKI (Association of Criminal Law and Criminology Lecturers), and YIHEGI (Indonesian Foundation for Economic and Governance Law Innovation) to develop research and strategic advocacy in the field of criminal law and legal aid for MSMEs. Chessa's track record is reinforced by personal achievements such as receiving a master's degree scholarship in law from UNPAM (2015), receiving a Dikti Research Grant (2020), and receiving a scholarship for education and training in criminal law from YLBHI and ASPERHUPIKI (2024). Finally, in the academic realm, she wrote the books "The Function of Supervisory and Observational Judges in the Criminal Justice System" (2024) and "Non-Penal Policy" (2024), as well as the journal article "Policy Implementation Process and its Component on Tax Crime Investigation Boundary to Promote an Optimal Tax Revenue: A Literature Review" and a journal manuscript related to legal aid for MSME fishermen (under review) which confirms her consistent focus on the intersection between tax law enforcement policies and legal protection and assistance for MSMEs.

Nandu is a lecturer in Management at Ary Ginanjar University, focusing on teaching and research in the fields of financial management, accounting, investment, and taxation. His academic background includes a Bachelors degree in Accounting Education and a Masters degree in Financial Management from the Indonesia University of Education, which strengthens his competence in financial performance analysis, corporate governance, tax planning, and investment decision-making. In the professional realm, Nandu has experience as a Finance, Accounting, and Tax Manager at PT Life Holy Indonesia, with responsibilities including corporate financial planning, risk control and management, tax compliance, and the preparation of financial reports based on accounting standards. He is also accustomed to using various accounting software to support data-driven managerial decision-making. As a researcher, Nandu explores issues related to capital structure, corporate profitability, financial management accountability, taxation policy, and investment and political economy dynamics that affect the business climate and corporate sustainability in Indonesia. His research focuses on producing strategic recommendations that are relevant to both academia and business practice. Irsyad holds a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Indonesia and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Islamic Studies at Paramadina University. Irsyad is widely known as a writer and geopolitical observer, particularly on issues of investment and national development. His various analyses and writings on economic transformation, international relations, military history, and Islamic politics have been published nationally, including in Kumparan, Stratsea, and a number of national media outlets. In addition to writing, Irsyad is also professionally active in one of Indonesia's leading political survey institutions, where he is involved in public opinion research, voter behavior mapping, and political and policy trend analysis. His involvement in the survey institute has enriched his perspective in reading the relationship between domestic political dynamics, investment policies, and the direction of national development. He often discusses regional geopolitics, comparative state transformations, and the direction of global economic policy, ranging from the history of the Cold War and conflicts in the Middle East to reflections on Indonesia's current development. His writings provide relevant perspectives for policy makers and serve as references in public policy research and strategic forums. Faisal Al Haq Harahap is a young advocate with a career in litigation, insolvency, and corporate compliance. He completed his Bachelor of Law degree at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia with a concentration in Business Law and subsequently started his professional career at law firms and companies in the corporate and e-commerce sectors. This experience developed his ability to handle regulatory filing, internal investigations, and business process assessments from a legal perspective. Currently, Faisal serves as a Middle Associate at a national law firm handling large-scale litigation and restructuring cases, including civil disputes, industrial relations, bankruptcy, and cases at the Supreme Court level. He is involved in developing case strategy, conducting in-depth legal research, preparing litigation documents, and coordinating case management from start to finish. Outside of litigation practice, Faisal also has experience in compliance and governance work, including due diligence for initial public offering (IPO) preparations. As a CSR impact researcher, Faisal examines the relationship between legal compliance, corporate governance, and the effectiveness of corporate social responsibility programs to ensure that CSR initiatives not only meet regulatory requirements but also provide measurable value to both the company and society. Rustam Rizki Effendi

Researcher of Regional Government and Actor Mapping
Rustam has an educational background of a Bachelor of Law from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia (2017-2021) with a specialization in Administrative Law. However, this did not stop Rustam from mastering other areas of law such as Criminal Law, Civil Law, Tax Law, Public Finance Law, Bankruptcy Law, Agrarian Law, and others. Currently, Rustam works as a Legal Corporate at a private bank in Indonesia, where he hones his skills handling various legal cases in criminal, civil, agrarian, bankruptcy, and other matters. Rustam also holds a license as an Advocate since October 2024, registered with PERADI Rumah Bersama Advokat. Rustam is also active in various other think tank institutions such as the Institute for Public Finance and Tax Law Studies (LK-HKP) which focuses on state finance and tax law issues. As a researcher of regional government and actor mapping, Rustam examines the relationship between the legal framework, configuration of local actors, and practice of public finance governance to identify regulatory weaknesses and opportunities for strengthening regional government capacity.

Esa Bayu Rianto

Researcher of CSR Impact, SME Investment, and Social Programs
Esa Bayu Rianto is a public policy and organizational governance professional, currently involved as an Administrative and Legal Affairs Specialist at Universitas Islam Internasional Indonesia (UIII). He holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Universitas Indonesia with research focus on ASEAN politics, environmental policy formulation, and challenges in the policy process and stakeholder management. His professional experience includes various strategic roles in government and academic institutions. He previously served as Staff Intern at the Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR) RI, Research Assistant at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights RI, and Strategic Cooperation Analyst at the Research Center for Climate Change (RCCC) UI. Bayu was involved in advocacy and negotiation of agreement points for amendments to 'Central and Regional Fiscal' proposals related to environmental policy. Additionally, he also served as a Strategic Planning Analyst and Internal Auditor with focus on cooperation and governance aspects of higher education institutions. Bayu also has organizational experience as Vice Chairman of BPM FISIP UI and Chairman of the Islamic Student Association at Universitas Indonesia. Bayu has expertise in team management, legal drafting, strategic planning, academic writing, and strategic partnership. He is currently active in writing and publishing his latest work at Global South Forum (GSF), a popular-scientific writing platform focused on analyzing the interconnection of history, ideas, and various challenges faced by the Global South region. GSF is a collaborative writing effort between the Institute of Foreign Affairs (IIFA) at Universitas Islam Internasional Indonesia (UIII) and the London School of Economics (LSE) Global South Unit.
